Coaching: CTI Co-active based. The coachee (client) is working interactively with the coach and is developing his own objectives and ways to reach them.

Change Management: CAS and PROSCI. After having made the maturity check for the target change area, a couple of analysis work such as stakeholder analysis, benefit analysis, risk analysis we are providing you with the appropriate change concept. Then you decide if you prefer realizing the change concept on your own or if you prefer to be accompanied by external professionals.
